Promo Code Policy

PROMO CODE POLICY:

  • Promo codes cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Promo codes cannot be applied to prior purchases.
  • In most cases, only one promo code can be used per purchase and cannot be combined with any other promo codes, offers, or discounts you may already be receiving.
  • Most promo codes expire at 11:59pm PST
  • Promo codes are not valid on some products and/or categories.

Return Policy

RETURN POLICY:

Please contact shop.gandabae@gmail.com if you have any issues with your purchase. *NOTE: Any lost or stolen orders are not the responsibility of Ganda Bae LLC. Any delay by USPS in the delivery of your package is completely out of our control. Please contact USPS for any questions or concerns in regards to the delivery of your package. We are only offering EXCHANGE / STORE CREDIT at this time. Shipping and handling costs will not be reimbursed.

Our policy lasts 7 days.
If 7 days have gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for refund (store credit) or exchange, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition when you received it. It must be in the original packaging with proof of purchase (original receipt). All opened items will be exempted from being returned and exchanged due to sanitary reasons. ALL Adhesives are not eligible for returns. Eligible Return items will be inspected and processed within 2 weeks. A store credit will be issued for any eligible return items. 

ALL SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL. 

ALL DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE FINAL SALE AND WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.

Buyer pays for any Return/Exchange Shipping Fees. 

    Shipping Policy

    Any orders placed on Thursdays, Fridays, weekends, and holidays will be processed and shipped the following business day. Most orders are fulfilled and shipped within 48 hours of purchase, depending on product availability. 

    Ground Advantage or Standard Ground Shipping - May take 3 - 7 business days (NOT GUARANTEED), depending on your shipping address. 

    Expedited Shipping - May take 1 - 3 business days (NOT GUARANTEED) in California. Between 2 - 3 days (NOT GUARANTEED) on other states after the order is processed.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for any purchased items. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

    Please VERIFY your shipping address before checkout. Ganda Bae LLC is not liable for any packages shipped to the wrong address. Orders that have already been sent out for shipping cannot be canceled or revised. 

    Ganda Bae LLC is also not liable for any lost, damaged, and/or stolen package during the shipping process as it is out of our control. Please contact USPS to file a claim for any lost, stolen or damaged deliveries.

    Transmit time does not begin until the package has been received and scanned by the carrier.

    *NOTE: There can sometimes be unforeseen circumstances that lead to delays. Any delay by USPS in the delivery of your package is completely out of our control. 

    PRE-ORDERED ITEMS:

    Pre-ordered items are NOT available to ship at the time of purchase. Shipping timelines on pre-orders are detailed in the product description. Note that unless otherwise noted, any order that includes a pre-order item will not ship until all items are available. Shipping and delivery dates on these items are not guaranteed unless otherwise noted.

    A few things to note when purchasing a pre-order item:

    • Payment is charged immediately at checkout.

    • If you are ordering a pre-order item with an in-stock item, unless otherwise noted, your order will ship when the pre-order item becomes available.

    • Pre-order timelines vary based on product. Please refer to the product description for estimates on when the item you’re ordering is intended to ship.

    • The date listed on the product page is an estimation based on details from the merchandise provider and can vary depending upon demand.

    • Details regarding delays are communicated when information is provided by the vendor. If an update has not been provided, we don’t have the information readily available yet.
